2024 Survivor NFL Rule Book

1. The entry fee is $20 and it is to be paid before the kickoff of the first game of the season (September 5, 2024).

2. Out of all the teams in the NFL playing for that specific week, each player must pick one team to win for that week. There is no point spread involved.

3. Once a player has picked a team, they may not use that team again for the rest of the season.

4. If a player’s team loses or ties that week, they are out of the pool. If all of the remaining players’ teams lose in the same week, that week will be discarded and we will move to the next week.

5. If a player’s team wins that week, they survive and advance on to the next week. The game will end when there is one remaining player at the end of a given week.

6. Should there be more than one remaining player at the end of Week 18, those players will move on to the NFL playoffs and all teams will be available again even if a player had chosen them earlier. If there is a tie after the Super Bowl, the pot will be split to the remaining players. If a player does not have any teams left to pick then they are eliminated.

7. Your picks must be submitted by 5:00 PM EST on Thursday, each week since the first game of the week is on Thursday. The website will be updated as well as an email will be sent out on Thursday after 5:00 PM EST with everyone’s picks so that everyone can see what teams each player has chosen. Everyone’s picks are due on Thursday, whether they are picking the Thursday night game or not.

8. If a pick is not received by the deadline or a game is cancelled or postponed, then you will be assigned the home team in the Monday Night Football Game. If you have already chosen the home team then you will be assigned the road team. If you have already chosen the road team you will be eliminated, no exceptions. If the Monday Night Football game gets cancelled and there is no other football game on Monday, then the default pick would be moved to the Sunday Night Football game.

9. The website will be updated as well as an email will be sent out every Tuesday with an update of who is left in the pool and what teams everyone has chosen so that everyone knows what teams they have left to choose from. This information will also be on the website.

10. There is a fully functional website which will allow you to enter your picks, access the rules, the current standings as well as everyone’s picks.

11. The prize total will be the total amount collected for the pool and it will be winner take all, unless a split is agreed upon by all remaining entries involved.

12. If for some reason the NFL season is cancelled, the prize pot will be split amongst the remaining survivors.
